Growing up in Annapolis, Maryland, Shawn began boating at a young age on the Magothy River. Shawn could be found on the boat or on the pier fishing and crabbing. Today, he is putting all of the experiences, both good and bad, to good use in safely navigating and avoiding possible dangers.
